Fewer than one in nine breeders who apply to work with us are accepted. The ones who are agree to unannounced facility visits, published genetic testing on both parents, and a hard cap on litters per year. If a breeder stops meeting the standard, we stop placing their pets.

What is the commitment deposit, and is it refundable?
The deposit takes your pet off the available list and reserves it in your name so nobody else can apply for it. It is credited in full against the adoption fee — it is not an extra charge. It is fully refundable for seven days, and refundable at any time if we cancel the placement, if the pet becomes unavailable, or if a pre-placement veterinary exam turns up something you were not told about. After seven days it is applied to the fee and becomes non-refundable if you withdraw, because the pet was held off the market for you.
How do I pay the deposit?
Once your application is accepted you choose a payment method and a support specialist sends your deposit details in a private chat on this site. Always confirm the recipient name shown in your banking or payment app matches the name we sent you before you send anything, and never send a deposit to details you received anywhere other than this chat.
What happens after my deposit is confirmed?
Your pet is reserved in your name and we schedule the pre-travel veterinary exam. We then quote transport to your city, settle the balance of the adoption fee, and book the travel date. Most pets travel within two to three weeks of the deposit.
Can I meet the pet or speak to the breeder first?
Yes. We arrange live video calls with the breeder and the litter on request, before any deposit. If you are within driving distance of the breeder, in-person visits can usually be arranged too. Ask support and we will set it up.
What is covered by the health guarantee?
If your vet certifies in writing within 14 days that the pet was clinically ill at placement from a pre-existing contagious condition, or within one year that it has a life-threatening congenital or hereditary defect, you may choose a refund, a replacement pet of comparable value, or reimbursement of qualifying veterinary costs up to the purchase price. Your rights under your own state's pet purchase protection law apply on top of this and are not waived.
What if the adoption does not work out?
Return the pet to us. That offer stands for the animal's entire life, with no fee and no questions asked. We would always rather take a pet back than see it surrendered to a shelter or rehomed privately — and our adoption agreement requires you to come to us first.
